	Conference Venue :
	The WINBIS'11 conference will be held on conference hall of Open Learning Society . If the participants will be more than the capacity of tconference hall, we will be shift the conference venue in any five star hotel in Kathmandu, Nepal. If the venue will be shifted, we will inform all our participants in advance .
