Registration Information :
Every paper (full, short or poster), in order to be included in the proceddings, needs to be registered until the deadline.
Registration Can be made both Online as well as sending the request to : registration@winb-bis.com . ( Online registration will be open later ...)
Early Registrion fees : ( Before 15th December, 2010 )
	Regular Registration fees	: $500 USD
	Student Registration Fees	: $400 USD
Late Registration Fees ( After 15th December, 2010 - Before 15th Feb, 2011 )
	Regular Registration fees	: $600 USD
	Student Registration Fees	: $480 USD

Registration fees Includes :
Registration fees include admittance to WINBIS'11 , lunches during the conference period, 3 times coffee break & snack breaks during conference, welcome reception.
Book of Abstracts
Conference Proceedings include CD incluing all papers and Print copy of WINBIS'11 conference .
Post conference Sightseeing program ( Entrance fees for international participants only )
Local transportation costs ( In kathmandu city Only )
social events ( At the end of conference closing day )

important Notes :
Registration is only confirmed when full payment is received.
FOR EACH ACCEPTED PAPER, at least one author must register . Completed registration is required for all accepted papers that are to be included in the conference proceedings.
Students are requested to present a valid student ID upon collection of their conference kit on site.
All the participants should pay their transportation costs by theirself ( In Pokhara, Chitwan, Limbhuni and Mountain flight ) . ( But Conference organizer can arrange very minimal prices for transportation costs )

Cancellation Policy :
Up to two weeks before event, full registration fees (minus handling charges)
Up to one week before event, 80 % (minus handling charges)
Cancellation must be sent in writing to : registration@win-bis.com
